I contacted several transport companies to ship the vehicle I just purchased in California to Arizona. There are so many goods, bads and uglys on these transport sites, I really had a hard time in deciding who to use. After many hours and days of searching for a transport company, I found Don at Cascade. Although his price wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive, it did seem fair. Don was very courteous and helpful throughout the entire process. He kept me well informed of the delays (thank you California for your road construction and checkpoint lines). When the driver was close to my house, he called me to let me know he would be there within 30 minutes. He arrived on time. He went over the entire vehicle with me and didn't mind my multitude of questions. The vehicle was even clean! The last time I shipped a vehicle, not through Cascade, my car had so much grease and grime all over it, I had to have it professionally detailed. If I have other transport needs in the future, I will definitely contact Cascade.
