We got off to a bit of a rough start. It was a couple of weeks before anyone could pick my vehicle up, an not to many carriers go from California to Buffalo New York. Once the vehicle was picked up, I was able to phone the driver and talk to him. He was very courtious and knowlegable. I would NEVER use anyone else but this company. I started off with another companyt with no success. Cascade is the ONLY one to use.
