I picked cascade shipping because of customer service that I received from SARAH. Sarah, was very helpful with the entire shipping process.From start to finish. My Z3 was comming from denver to Wisconsin in March. needless to say, weather was always on my mind.I was tracking the weather on line and hopeing that hail was'nt in the forcast. As it turns out, the driver expierenced heavy snows on his route, which slowed him up a bit.On the day the car was to arive, I had not heard from the driver,I contacted sarah, and she gave me his cell phone number.When I called, the driver said he was about 2 hours behind,he was trying to load a hummer with oversized tires on the truck, and wasnt sure it would fit.My car would then be reloaded for the next stop. The driver called me back 1 hour later and explained he had major problems getting that hummer on the truck(blown tire) The dealer said it would fit The driver said it wouldn't.needless to say this delayed him 4 to 6 hours. I told the driver just bring my car the next day.When I arived at the destination lot the next morning, I was looking for a normal car hauling trailer,To my suprise, my Z3 was in an enclosed trailer..HOW COOL WAS THAT !!!!!
