When I first decided to transport my vehicle, I was swarmed with emails, text and phone calls. I narrowed it down by the way the person calling sounded. Cascade message was very friendly and inviting. That is the first point that won me over. Next was price comparison. Very reasonable for the distance being shipped. The customer service was great.Kate Winters was very helpful and kept in touch with me. The process was explained to me so I understood everything involved. The driver was very friendly as well. He was a couple hours later than I expected, which was about 10:15 at night. I was not comfortable meeting a stranger outside alone that late at night. On the other hand he delivered the car on the day scheduled at a reasonable time. My overall experience was very good.
