Shipped a Mercedes from WA to So Cal. I had some challenges with the carrier, but the broker was very helpful in sorting things out. I was moving between states and I arranged to have them pick my car up in a parking lot, but somehow the driver didn't get the update and was dispatched to my billing address. That got resolved quickly, but on the other end, I had to change the drop off location because our house wasn't ready and we had to stay in a hotel for several days. Again, I relayed this to the broker but for some reason the driver wasn't aware of the change. This wouldn't have been a big deal to resolve, except that the driver didn't speak much English AND he already had driven up the treacherous hill that our house sits on and unloaded the car. So, I ended up texting him the address and he loaded the car back up, went back down the hill and found the hotel. The situation was not the drivers fault at all... I bear some responsibility for making changes to the order, but I think there was a big communication problem with the carrier dispatch folks. The broker did a good job in getting things resolved and I'd use them again.

LP, we did have some difficulties to overcome on the transport of your car but persistence and many phone calls to the drivers dispatcher, we were able to over come the obsticales and get your car delivered to you safely!!
