I had read some horror stories about transporting your vehicle but Diane did a great job. The pickkup was convenient and quick. The car left on Thursday and actually beat me to Oahu. It sat in port for 2 days and if I had arrived earlier I could have skipped the car rental for the night. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience.
