Cascade provided reasonable rates and good customer service. Since this was my first move they were very patient with all my questions. Another positive factor, was, unlike some other brokers, they did not charge the deposit to my credit card until the car was loaded on the truck. Zanner was the rep and provided the name and number of the truck, and the truck contacted us as scheduled. The pick-up was made on-time and the delivery was made in California as promised.
Future needs would include Cascade. Will also request "one driver-one truck" arrangement to avoid horror stories you have read about when not the case.
Zanner (rep) provided frequent and up-to-date information when he was accessible.
Car arrived intact and undamaged, with no "hiiden" costs or other negative surprises. Cascade provided good service, but the move is eventually only as good as the actual trucking company that picks up the contract.
