Kimberly, our agent, was by far the best part of our experience with Cascade. We clicked immediately. She was a great advocate and go-between with the carrier they contracted with. There was some confusion on the driver's part about our pick-up situation. She cleared it right up and wouldn't let the carrier charge us extra because it wasn't part of the original quote. We certainly could not complain about the one day turnaround, except the driver delivered it at 11pm which was not necessarily appreciated by our neighbors. Our Jeep arrived in great condition. We would definitely recommend them and would use them again in a heart beat!
