However, i do understand that there was a delay on pick up, but being that your vehicle kept getting delayed with the port part of the transport that you set up it i figured it went really smooth being that the carrier we had assigned continued to hold on to your order instead of cancelling it and us having to reschedule another driver which could have taken longer for pick up by the time we were able to get the actual available date for pick up from the port. I do apologize you felt there was a delay in the pick up. Hope to hear from you again in the future.
