She was very nice and very informative about the shipment and what was going to take place.Malia walked me through evey step of the way. She made good suggestions about what I should do to attract a shipping company to want to take the laod.She always called me back when I asked her to . Malia made me feel a ease with what was taking place to get my 1976 Dodge van to me in a safe ,timely manor. She was very sweet to talk to on the phone.She needs to be given a nice size raise!
