I had my car transported from IN to CA by Cascade and the transport company was Westcoast. I had a frustrating experience with the transport company because they were 6 days late picking up my car. My car finally got picked up one day before I had to move to CA. I was not very happy with the transport company to say the least. The Cascade representatives were helpful and I could tell that they understood my frustration but I wish they would have found another company to move my car. My car transport date was changed 5 times! Also I felt like Cascade was not as proactive as they could have been when they knew that my car was still not picked up. They didn't even know it was not picked up until I told them. The communication between Cascade and myself was good but the communication between Casade and Westcoast was very poor. Overall it was not a good experience. However it was winter time but it should have never taken that much time to pick up my car. Also Westcoast claimed that their trucks kept breaking down which was not a comforting thing to tell a customer when their experience was already stressful. The transport was very reasonable in price but I do not think it made up for the service. Honestly I think Cascade is a good company to go through as long as they do not assign Westcoast to your transport in the winter time.
