I had a good experience with Jeff. He kept in contact with me before, during and after the delivery of my vehicles. There was another woman I had spoken to (can't remember her name at the moment) and she was an awful awful person to talk to- -she made me feel like I was dumb and was rude to me...Jeff knows who I am talking about because I had told him of the horrible phone experience. Oveallr was good even though it was forgotten to tell me that the date I picked for delivery was an actual estimation not an actual pick up date....that and the horrible lady were the reasons I did not give an overall excellent experience. That and the fact that we have used this company 3 times now and still have yet to receive a rebate for doing the review after our first delivery...we should expect a rebate for this time too. Great company and we will definitely use them again.
