Cascade was very professional and helpful. They helpd get a transporter to pick the vehicle up within a short time window. However, the transporter (Express Delivery out of Spokane, WA) spoke little English, botched the job and then tried to extort a payment without verifying that the car had been shipped. In sum, use Cascade but block Express Delivery if they bid on your move.
