Shipping with this company was a breeze, everyone was knowledgeable and friendly, as a first time shipper I admit I was expecting this to be a nightmare. I ended up shipping my car late because I overslept and was really busy with other aspects of my move but even shipping my car late my car arrived at its destination one day early! That could be a testament to matson but for a clumsy guy like me when things go smoothly I give credit to all parties that contributed. On a side note I used to be in sales and it was very sharky, I spoke with a different salesperson there and expected them to shark out the original salesperson, but instead they helped her help me which was very honorable. I wish I remembered the guys name that I spoke with. Malia was super friendly though and was proactive with making sure everything went off without a hitch. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again.
