i first booked with cross country auto transport who stole my 200 deposit before i signed a contract and wouldn't return it. they were a total nightmare and i had to file complaints with the bbb, consumer affairs, and the attorney general in florida.
CASCADE'S TRUCK DRIVER CALLED ME THE SAME DAY THAT I INQUIRED ABOUT SHIPPING MY CAR AND SAID HE WOULD PICK IT UP BY 9 AM THE NEXT MORNING. DOOR TO DOOR CAR SERVICE TOOK 4 DAYS. THE TRUCK DRIVER CALLED ME WITH LOCATION UPDATES DUE TO ROAD CLOSURES AND WEATHER CONDITIONS, AND I AM THANKFUL TO ALL INVOLVED AFTER MY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH CCAT.
DO NOT USE CROSS COUNTRY AUTO TRANSPORT. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!
