We gave Sunday thru Thursday for the pick-up. We heard nothing and were worried that we would have to move and leave our car behind with a neighbor for pick-up. When we called Kim on Tuesday, she suggested we offer an extra $50 to get a driver interested in picking up our car. We decided to do this and shortly we received word that a driver would pick up our car on Wed. night, which he did. He delivered our car 900 miles in 17 hours. We were surprised that the system is so unpredictable and that one has a better chance of service if you offer more money.
