Great service by Damon again. Everything was on time. He followed up with me every step of the way. Unfortunately the "shark fin" antenna was missing when the vehicle arrived. To make this worse, the person I had asked to receive the car on my behalf did not notice this, so I will have to pay for the repairs.

This is not Damon's or Cascade's fault, these things happen. Had I been there to receive the car, I would have noticed it and the trucker's insurance would have covered it.
