When my Nana passed away, I had no idea how to get her pristine, mint condition 1978 Cadillac El Dorado Biarritz from a little town in Oregon all the way here to central California (without having to pay thousands of dollars) Jeff was so helpfull. He really listened to my needs and called back to make sure everything went okay.
I couldn't believe it would only cost me $435 total to delivery on a trailer my Nana's 18ft long caddy (kinda like the car Boss Hogg drove in the Dukes of Hazard tv show).
Exemplary customer service is sometimes the exception, rather than the norm. However, in Jeff Newell's case, I'd say its a safe bet that this is how he is everyday of the week.
