From the first contact to the last, we felt that Cascade was a great company to deal with. The company rep was very good about making personal contacts as well as e-mails. The vehicle to be shipped was purchased on E-Bay and we had never seen it or knew it's true condition. Diane kept in contact with us as well as the previous owner where the car was to be picked-up. They worked out a few minor issues so that it wouldn't cost us any more. We had one delay due to a driver who did not hold to his word on the pick-up and our Cascade rep quickly contacted us and assured us that they would no longer be using this truck driver. The second delay was due to adverse weather conditions which was totally out of all of our hands. Despite these two minor delays, we still got our vehicle in a very reasonable time. Contacts were maintained throughout the process and the Cascade held true to their word. Our vehicle arrived in good shape and the driver was knowledgeable and helpful as well.
