I believe that your flexibility on timing and price allowed us to get the best service on this shipment. Rhode Island can be one of the toughest states to ship in and out of. You made many good choices which allowed us to get your vehicles shipped without any delay's. The industry is notorious for poor comunication, the drivers cannot always answer the phone or return calls due to cell service, state law, and loading or unloading other vehicles. Many times they dont even bother trying to call back untill they have parked the vehicle for the day. All in all I think everything was up to the standards in the industry and some of the service even beyond the norm.
