Malia was awesome! She answered all my questions and then came through with a carrier for a quick pick up. She called throughout the process to see how things were going, if i had spoken with the carrier, if they picked it up on time, how delivery went. I couldn't believe how smoothly it all went. If there had been any problem with the carrier or anything, i feel confident that she would have helped resolve it. I would definitely use Cascade again. I would call Malia.
