The Cascade folks were pleasant and professional to deal with. No funny negotiating or payment terms. They did try to get the transportation at a lower price but kept me in the loop on what we finally had to offer to make things happen. Idaho is kind off the beaten path so we were not surprised by the cost. Price quoted was the price we paid. We did have some issues with the driver wanting to pick up the vehicle early with little notification and then three time delayed the drop off due to several excuses. Cascade however was on top of it and made sure everything got there. I would definitely recommend this company for future auto or truck transport. Honest and easy to make things happen.
