Spoke to Cascade and they were very accomodating. Due to the work schedule of the individual shipping the car, we needed a Sunday pickup. They were very helpful and it only took 2 weeks to find a carrier willing to pick up on Sunday. Car was picked up and delivered door to door. Car arrived timely (13 days) in excellent condition. Quote was not the most affordable of all quotes ($959 for LA to Phily), but it was important that the company have a history of good service. (you get what you pay for sometimes!!) After researching customer satisfaction with multiple companies, checking who had Sunday pickup and who had the best price--Cascade fit the bill. Every time I spoke with my representative, Diane, I was satisfied by her professionalism as well as good customer service. I would gladly use them again as well as recommend them to my friends and family. They were superb.
