This summer my husband and I returned to CA after moving to OH 4 years ago for work. After finding out the car broker we used for that moved had gone out of business, we decided to directly contact the car hauler who had actually transported our cars. We had had a good experience with them and since we had their info. we thought we would just go ahead and cut out the middle man and save a few dollars. We contacted them about 6 weeks before our planned move and they promised to ship our cars for a reasonable price and within our desired window. Needless to say, things went awry. The car hauler did not answer or return our calls. A WEEK before our move, I frantically called around and found Cascade Vehicle Shipping and was put in contact with Jeff Newell. He worked closely with us to get our cars shipped within our immediate and finite window. Unlike other companies that promised to ship our cars for over a thousand dollars more per car (yes per car,) Jeff worked with us to start the bidding low and increase it gradually in order to ship our cars within our time frame but without being taken to the cleaners. Our cars were picked-up and dropped-off within the specified window without any damage. We were VERY HAPPY with our experience and I would not hesitate to refer anyone to Cascade. I can't thank them enough!
