Malia Sullivan was one of the first brokers I spoke while I was "shopping" around for a car transport. Some of the other brokers offered a slightly different price, both more and less, however I decided to call her back instead of the other brokers simply because of our conversation. She took time to explain the process, discussed the options I had available without "pushing" me to agree to making a bid unlike many of the other companies. I have only just made the bid, but am confident that it will be picked up with little to no hassle. I have shipped my car several times before (I'm in the military) and will look to work with her again.
