The overall process was very easy. It was great talking with Don, who is an extremely knowledgeable employee, about the process and steps involved in shipping a car from New York to Seattle. He worked to get my car picked up and delivered promptly. My only complaint was that they did not call a head to let me know that the car would arrive 2 days early. Not a bad problem – better than three days late. The driver was able to work around my schedule, so I was very pleased. I would definitely use Cascade Vehicle Shipping again. They take the fear and uncertainty out of car shipping.
