I couldn't have asked for a more helpful or patient person to facilitate this move than Sarah. She explained the process to me step-by-step so that I was comfortable and knew what to expect. Even after our first driver cancelled, she assured me that the car would get moved in a timely manner. Then when our second driver's rig broke down, we encountered another brief delay, but Sarah talked me through everything. The car arrived in Ohio a few days later than expected, but safe and sound. I would ABSOLUTELY call Sarah/Cascade again if I need to move a car - and I will recommend that my friends do, too!
