NEVER RECEIVED PROMISED REBATE, AND AM NOW BEING TOTALLY IGNORED!

While I had initially posted high praise for this company's representatives about 6 months ago, I am now retracting what I had said before about them.

This is because I've NEVER received the $30 Rebate Check that I was promised by them back in November, for posting glowing feedback (when I first used Cascade). My ongoing (and even more recent) attempts to get them to look into what happened to the missing (or non-existent) rebate check I was promised have lately failed to get ANY follow-up responses to my inquiries.

To send them repeated e-mails every few days, politely requesting that someone look into my problem, and then to have them totally ignore my messages (meaning, NO RESPONSES RECEIVED) is extremely unconcionable and has left a very bad taste in my mouth.

To promise their customers a "rebate check" (but ONLY if you were willing to post a glowing review on this website)... and then to never send out that check, as promised... and then to ignore 6 months' worth of e-mails inquiring "whatever happened to my rebate check?", well, it's nothing short of dishonesty... and that's why I'll never use them again, nor will I recommend them to anyone.

Bob, I am absolutely appalled by this review. Your entire statement is completely false! The last time we spoke about a month ago I had explained to you that not only had you already received a rebate check of $30 in April of last year but when you placed your 2nd order with us last November you were given an INSTANT REBATE of $30. I had explained this very clearly to you giving you specific dates on your conversations you had with my representatives at that time. As a repeat customer my representatives made sure to take extra special care of you and one of the ways they did this was to give you your rebate money instantly so you would not have to wait for a check. you NOT ONLY UNDERSTOOD THIS but YOU AGREED in our conversation in April. So your negative review just posted is based off of a scenario that was already addressed and taken care of THE DAY YOU PLACED YOUR ORDER LAST NOVEMBER. I wish you luck and am very happy that every part of your transport went exactly as requested and planned and you felt so positively about your experience that you GAVE US A 5 STAR RAVING REVIEW after delivery.
