Terry, (of Cascade Shipping), was friendly, approachable, responsive and trustworthy from start to finish. He carried out his commitment with integrity and even when he didn't have an answer at his fingertips he always sought to find those answers and keep us well informed throughout the process. We were impressed with the way the quote stayed firm, the commitment unwavering and the follow through and outcome consistent with the promises made. The shipping, itself, was handled professionally and responsibly and our interactions with the drivers immediately put our minds at ease. Both of them were polite, reassuring, trustworthy, and obviously highly experienced. Their service was impeccable!

We had great trepidation at the thought of shipping our daughter's car across country but ended up very satisfied and pleased with our decision....and our daughter was absolutely delighted to receive the fruit of your company's labor.... her car arriving, almost miraculously, at her doorstep!
