This was the first time shipping a vehicle and Jeff was very clear in what and when things were going to happen. It was clear in the beginning that I wanted to chose a company that was open 7 days a week and answered the phone when I called. I was very impressed, there was always someone there to answer my questions! I will definitely use Cascade again to transport our car back to the west coast. Thank you again!
