We had a last-minute change of the departure city. They rolled with the punches and it was not a problem, as they didn't have someone actually there yet. We had a 3-day window in which to get the car picked up from the new location, and they dialed in a carrier and got the car picked up. It did cost a few bucks more, because the car was about 700 miles further away from it's eventual destination. It was delivered within the time frame we were promised.The car came back clean and undamaged, and we'd put some luggage in the car as well, and that all arrived just fine! The people at Cascade Vehicle Shipping were very friendly, helpful, and fast. Can't ask for more!
