I queried several sites for quotes and Rebecca was one of the first to reply. Her quote from Cascade was also the most reasonable. Rebecca was very helpful and provided great service, answering all my questions, as I'd never shipped a car before. She also worked with me on a specific drop-off date, as that was the most important part of the transaction for us, as we would be with our daughter for only a few days on the east coast. She called both before the pick-up and drop-off times to provide any last minute info and make sure everything was OK. She also called after both events to make sure everything was completed without any problems. Over all the process went very smoothly, just as she described. I will definitely call Rebecca and Cascade again if we need to ship another car.
