Mixed experience.

Cascade gave me the best quote to deliver my car from Louisiana to South Dakota, so I went with them. The contact person who took my order, Julia, was very courteous and polite. The driver who did the pick up however, was demanding and rude; seemed like a very unstable individual, who frightened me quite a bit. He wanted me to meet him at a Kmart in a neighboring city rather than doing a pickup at my door. This was against what I had agreed to, and I told him no. He flew into a verbal rage on the phone; I had to hang up, and I informed Julia that he was not to contact me any more. He did the pick up and delivered the vehicle a bit early. It was a little dirty; not a problem, and it was otherwise in good condition. Several weeks after the delivery was finished I was contacted by a Cascade representative by phone. This was a different agent. She told me if I would leave a positive review for Cascade on this particular review site, that Cascade would send me a $50 check. I took the bait and left Cascade a glowing review, where I did not disclose the details of the rude driver. And so I waited and waited for the $50 check which of course, never came. So I am sending this review to amend my former review. No, I will not use Cascade again.

Kirsten, This was the review you left one year ago when your car was delivered. There was at that time no mention of any problem with any of the transport drivers. If this is a matter of your $50 rebate check this is the first we have heard about you not receiving it. There could be many reasons why but since you did not call to let us know we would have no idea you did not get it. I'm sorry you felt you had to post untruthful statements instead of picking up the phone so we could resolve this situation like adults.
