The driver that was assigned had some trouble with his truck, but once the truck was repaired there were no issues. I had to communicate a great deal with the driver in order to determine where he was at. Communication was a little difficult as the driver did not speak English that well and was difficult to understand. This was the most difficult part of the transaction. The driver was very professional. The drop-off and pick-up was quick and painless.
