I actually first came to know Cascade when they contacted me with reference to picking up a car I had sold to a friend in Minnesota. I found Diane Seeley to be extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. The communication on pick up and delivery was clear and accurate. They willing worked around some conflicts I had with the originally scheduled pick up date. Most importantly, the car arrived in good order and on time.
As a result for that experience, I contacted Diane at Cascade to arrange the pick up of a car I had bought in California to be transported to Virginia. The results the second time were equally satisfactory. I will use Cascade again next time I need a vehicle transported. Diane does great work.
