Malia was very helpful and quick to respond to emails and answered all my questions regardless of how dumb they may have been. I was originally quoted a lower price when I first contacted the company and ended up paying more which was a little disappointing. However, it was explained that there was not very many loads going to my area and that I would have to pay a little more to attract the interest of drivers. I was given the opportunity to continue waiting on the quoted price and was definitely not pressured to make any decisions. I chose to pay the higher price due to the time constraints I had to get the vehicle delivered. I would not hesitate to use this company again.
