I called several companies/requested quotes online. Mike from Cascade was the frst to call me back, probably within the hour of me submitting the reqest for a quote. It was a weekend and I remember liking the fact they were open on the weekend. Mike was patient, did not push me to go with his company and answered all my questions. I spoke to 3-4 companies over the phone , 2 of which I liked, Cascade and one other, but ultimately I went with Cascade because I got a good vibe from my rep, he was friendly and not pushy and was able to match my quote from the other company. I will say that not all companies are created equal, there was one guy that was very pushy, salesy, and wanted my credit card number right away so he could get me a "free" quote. Basically it all works the same, they all (or at least most) need a deposit but it is all in how you present it. Mike was upfront about how things worked, the other company made it soud like we are going to do all this work for free for you and then oh but i need a credit card number. I told the rep his presentation of services made me uncomfortable in entrusting my car to them and I was going to go with Cascade. I'm really glad I chose Cascade, it was easy, they followed up, and my car got here in 1 piece, dirty but that is to be expected in an open carrier so no complaints. Recommend using Cascade - would use them again.
