I would definitely use Cascade again. My only complaint is that I didn't get the 24 hours notice that I was promised. Instead I got about 30 minutes - which caused a bit of last minute scrambling as no one was home at the original delivery address. But my car arrived on the originally quoted day and it was in perfect condition. The driver was very friendly and willing to change to a new delivery address at the last minute.

I want to point out that I shipped my car through a "high end" company a year and a half ago. It cost $700 more and my car arrived with about $1,000 of damage.

Second I wish that I had more control over the Carrier making that 24hr call to you, or at the very least a 2-4 hr notice. I remember specifically asking them to contact you well ahead of time to make sure this did not happen. I guess some people cant follow direction nor do they care about other peoples daily commitments. Thank you for using me, and I look forward to future opportunities with you. Have a wonderful 2012!
