I had already done quite a bit of reading to research shipping prior to this experience so I felt I would know what a broker was talking about. Jeff was extremely knowledgeable and made many good points to answer the few questions I did have. He was very professional and thorough in setting up the timeline and everything pretty much went as planned. There was a question from the shipper about late pickup dates that he answered on a weekend when many brokers cut off involvement after the carrier is booked and leave it to you to guess. Also, the carrier he chose was one on a list of repeat vendors so he knew their track record on promptness and professionalism. The price was not the lowest bid (I got 15), but it assured a carrier would pick up the vehicle from their national call board and not relegate it to the "bottom-of-the-barrel" due to a low-ball quote. I would definitely use Cascade again.
