I talked to the driver himself on the day before pickup. He was going to pick up the vehicle on Monday at 8:30am. Being an adult, I had work and a lot going on Monday morning. I cleared my schedule until 10:00am, allowing myself plenty of time to get the vehicle to him and get on with my day. I received a call about 8:00 informing me he had a brake light problem and will be late. He said to give him an hour or so. 2 phone calls later it is after 11:30 and the vehicle is still not picked up. He also informed me he could not come to my house, that I would have to deliver the vehicle to a close parking lot due to his trailer. Okay...through that into the mix. Now, not only do I have to trailer my vehicle to a parking lot, the driver is over 3 hours late on a MONDAY!

Now, I understand things happen, but shouldn't he have checked his brakes the day before he left to make sure his lights worked on the truck and trailer? That's not professional at all to me. So, now the whole day is wasted for me on Monday. Also, the driver was rather rude when I delivered it and was hurrying me. Hurrying me? I should have taken my time as much time as he cost me!

Not to mention I have an e-mail that says my quote is $575. Well, the day before pickup is scheduled, Geri called me from the main office and informs me that the NEW total is $595. I asked why and she said, "Well...at the last minute the driver wanted more." GEE THANKS.

I will not use this rude company for jacking the price at the last minute. It does not matter if it's a dollar or twenty dollars. The price was raised after a price was quoted. Then, add in the rudeness of the driver and him being over 3 hours late equals me being very mad customer that I wasted 20 extra dollars on a guy that can't even meet me on time after jacking the price.

THANKS A LOT CASCADE for the rudeness, lateness, and raising the price at last minute! That is top notch business ethics right there!
