I purchased a vehicle on Ebay (which is a leap for me in the first place) and then had to figure out how to get it from Illinois to Washington. I ended up trying U-SHIP from Ebay's recommendations. BIG MISTAKE! They were NOT knowledgable, responsive or cost effective in trying to find a shipper to meet my needs. I finally found transportreviews and Cascade Vehicle Shipping. I reviewed their website and decided to book my car with them. Talk about responsive! I talked with Malia and she was very honest and straightforward in explaining the process of shipping a vehicle. Damon was my contact person at Cascade and he called me as well as emailed me status updates on my vehicle. His communication was above my expectations. The driver they assigned was polite, and gave me plenty of notice when the vehicle would be delivered. He worked very hard and got my vehicle delivered 1700 miles in 3 days !! Besides my vehicle being dirty (which I expected from the "black" snow covered roads), it arrived undamaged and ready to go. I would highly recommend Cascade Vehicle Shipping and will use them again.
