Excellent service dealing with Don at Cascade. He was always prompt in providing information and explained the whole process in easy to understand language. This was my first auto shipment and the process went very smoothly. The pickup was on time and Don called that day to ensure everything went well. Transit time was about what I expected and again another phone call to make sure I didn't need any assistance. It's nice to have a company provide person to person service in this age of email and texts. I will definitely use Cascade again.
