Debbie Fontaine of Cascade Auto Shipping did an excellent job of providing the information I needed on the overall process of shipping my vehicle across country (order #6395694). I had never needed to do this before, and she talked me through how the process works. I appreciated the time she took answering my questions. She was willing and able to address a slight issue that came up with the driver with respect to the pickup logistics, on my behalf. Thank you Debbie!
