I was moving across country and needed my Durango delivered by the time my flight arrived as I was starting a new job on Monday. It was thanksgiving weekend and it was likely that a carrier would not pick it up in time because of the holiday - I was worried about it all working out in time. Debbie said she would get it posted as quickly as possible and would call me as soon as she heard. By some miracle, Scott Bowling with Speciality Transport who is headquartered in Cincinnati (which was where I was moving) happened to be working and accepted the job. He picked it up on Sunday afternoon in a covered trailer and had it delivered to my address by the next morning. We felt like the luckiest people on the planet to get our transport handled so quickly and professionally by Debbie and Scott both.

Debbie stayed in constant contact with me throughout the process. She was direct about how the process worked and professional. I felt like she really cared about taking care of my needs to have a vehicle when I arrived at my new home. It made the difference for me in getting a good start with my new job. Thank you Cascade!
