I couldn't have asked for a better interaction and experience than the one that I received from Cascade Shipping. Damon was informative, open, extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and a great pleasure to work with. It's a completely tricky situation shipping a car across the country and it's kind of a confusing process for the consumer. A middle man is almost always a must have in these situations. I cannot stress enough how terrific Damon was.

The car was picked up a day late (no big deal) and was actually delivered early. This created a problem where I could not get there to have cash in hand so I had to have a friend of mine pick the car up for me causing a bit of inconvenience to him. The contract for the car said delivery on Wednesday, November 9th but they delivered it on Monday the 7th. Global shipping said that they would take a credit card over the phone. The problem arose when they charged me a $35.00 fee for the credit card transaction even though it was their fault that they didn't deliver according to the contract they accepted. I have called Global and they are seeing what they can do. Overall, Global shipping was great and the drivers were very friendly.

The above is only a minor hiccup and the service and quality of business is obvious with Damon and Cascade Shipping. He made every effort to get Global shipping on the right and same page and he and I continue to be in conversation about the situation. Keep up the great work Damon!!

By the way, you were the one who made this happen by making accomidations for the early delivery!
