This was our first time shipping a car. Kimberly was great in walking us through the whole process, from taking the car to the pier in Hawaii to understanding what happened once the car was picked up in Oakland. Although not the cheapest, I felt Kimberly was honest when she said that our car would be transported more quickly if we paid a certain fare. As it was important that our car arrive in Colorado quickly, we were most concerned about the time frame involved. Happy with Cascade's service!
