This was my first time shipping a vehicle across the country and it went very smoothly. Debbie was helpful and on top of things, she was easy to reach at all times, and generally made me feel comfortable. If you've never shipped a car before, you should know that it takes a bit of flexibility and coordination - you can't necessarily tell a truck driver a week or two in advance to meet you at 9:00am on a Tuesday and expect him or her to nail it. And unfortunately there's nothing you, or Debbie, or anyone else can really do about that part of it - it's the nature of the business. But Debbie did everything she could to make it as easy as possible, and everything worked out great, so I'm happy. Thanks!
