Cascade Vehicle Shipping was a great company to work with unfortunately they are only a broker. My truck was shipped using a really bad third party shipper (DRD Auto Transport) my truck was picked up late and arrived 18 hours after it was promised. The truck was covered in greasy hand prints and they chipped the paint in two spots. One of which the driver agreed was a brand new chip. The best part is they handed me a shipping invoice that read “Automobiles are designed for road use and may acquire small scratches, scuffs, dents, or abrasions. DRD as a carrier can not be liable for minor damage of this nature” The driver let me talk to the owner and the owner pretty much told me to pound sand. So my advice is use Cascade as a broker but make sure you don’t let them use DRD as the hauler.

We screen our partners hard, but there are times when things like this happen.
