My case is a little different, Richard my primary service contact person resigned after the initial order was put in. I called after finding out he resigned, which i did by calling his cell phone and he explained to me what to do and who to call. It did take several calls to get a response as Kim was having problems and could not take care of me. Her office assistant finally did take over my case and helped me with the process. Everything went well. The carrier was excellent prompt and courteous. The service from cascade was good althought it could have been better. I feel If I had not been persistant in my calls nothing would have happened since my rep resigned without my knowledge. I only found out because I called since it was getting close to the time of pickup and I had recieved no call.
