I bought a classic car from a New York seller. The car had to be transported to Southern California, and I had the good fortune to call Cascade Vehicle Shipping and to have Debbie Fontaine as my representative.

This was my first experience shipping a car so I was somewhat apprehensive. Debbie, though, turned herself inside out to alleviate my concerns. She was 100 percent honest with me throughout the journey and best of all, she kept me fully informed of the progress, reporting on all the twists and turns as they happened.

It would have been easy to run my credit card, pocket the fee, and move on to the next customer. Debbie and Cascade did none of that. I felt like they were genuinely concerned with making sure my car arrived as promised, and that all my expectations, no matter how unreasonable, were met.

I can't say enough good things about Debbie and Cascade. Next time I transport a car, they'll be doing it for me.
